As a systemic organizational consultant, I accompany you and your ’concerns’ from the initial idea, through making relevant decisions, to implementation. To clearly focus on the target image and to react quickly to unforeseeable events is focal.
And indeed, sometimes things go differently than planned. I have often experienced this myself; sometimes quite painfully, but sometimes also full of relish. When I was 16, I definitely had other plans: I wanted to become a show jumper – and was on my best way there, even dropped out of school – and after a few years I realized that without an intellectual and financial background this wouldn’t work out. Then I decided to radically part with my career aspiration, sold my horse, graduated from high school and went to university.
At university I decided on business administration – my understanding of mathematics and physics was not enough for architecture or interior design. That’s how life paths are decided!
During my business administration studies, I developed a passion for ’personnel matters’ – and personal motivation to accompany change in organizations, so that something different and better can be created for the company and its employees.
The topic still drives me today: How can I support companies in becoming more innovative, more efficient, more sustainable, more competitive and involve their employees in these thought processes? I believe in the will and ability of employees to contribute, to share their knowledge and to actively participate in change. I develop such processes together with my clients and support them in their sustainable implementation.
I’ve arrived where I always wanted to be personally. I’m lucky to be able to work with many different people with whom I foster personal relationships. I enjoy working with different companies and immersing myself in their cultures. This is exciting and challenging at the same time. It is my passion to constantly develop myself further, to learn to be on the pulse of time – and to let these learnings flow into my work.
